Rob Domjen, Ben May and Guilluame Zika dreamt up a chicken shop that was unlike other fast food. In 2021, the idea grew roots and Freddy’s called Burleigh home. Freddy’s connects with people through ethical and delicious food and supports local suppliers.

We support the people behind the food. We engage local suppliers who believe in their produce and support families and friends to gather and share meals together. We relate to each other through the shared ritual of food. Our goal is to support the local community and advocate for the food economy.

We’re here for a good time, not a long time. We create fast food without compromise. All of our ingredients are ethically sourced and of the highest quality. We aim for practices that are sustainable for future generations.
